| 1. Pre-heat oven to 180° C and place mix into large mixing bowl |
2. Add egg(s) and oil as per package instructions. Mix thoroughly with beater (approx. 1 minute) |

| 3. If instructed to do so on the label*, slowly add 1-2 tablespoons of water until dough comes together (1-2 minutes) |
4. Make into cookie dough balls and place onto a baking tray lined with baking paper |

| 5. Bake for approximately 10 minute or until bottoms of cookies are slightly brown |
6. Remove from oven when cookies are still a bit soft as they will harden when cooled |
